The city has received an application for a special use from Col. J.N. Pritzker and two business partners to operate a Bed and Breakfast establishment at 300 Church Street (s.w. corner of Church Street and Forest Place). The Pritzker group will present their project at a meeting of the Site Plan and Appearance Review Committee (SPAARC) on Wednesday afternoon, July 27. They will also be seeking zoning relief from parking requirements at the Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, August 2nd.
The requested use has special implications for the neighborhood. If you cannot attend the meetings, the application is available for review at the zoning office in city hall.
